Terms and Conditions for Purchases in the Online Store

  1. General
  1. The online store is operated by The Grange Holidays Flamborough Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, Company Number 13188026, VAT Registration Number 375 9689 22, whose registered office is at 200 Cole Lane, Borrowash, Derby, DE72 3GN

  3. Access to and use of the store constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  4. Nothing in these terms affects the Buyer’s statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
  1. Definitions
  • Seller – The Grange Holidays Flamborough Limited.
  • Buyer – The guest or user purchasing products or services through the store.
  • Product/Service – Any physical or digital item, or services offered by the Seller.
  1. Ordering Process
  1. The Buyer selects the desired products and adds them to the shopping cart.
  2. The order is completed once the Buyer provides the required details and full payment.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to decline any order where necessary for legitimate reasons, including availability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
  1. Prices and Payments
  1. Prices displayed in the store are denominated in GBP.
  2. Prices include VAT.  The applicable VAT rate is the rate in force at the time of purchase.
  3. Payment method: Credit Card only.
  4. In the event of a pricing error or technical issue, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction.
  1. Delivery and Shipping
  2. All additional products and services purchased prior to arrival are delivered directly to The Grange for your stay. Items will either be placed in your accommodation for arrival or provided at the relevant time during your visit. No physical shipping address is required.
  1. Where a delay or issue means an item or service cannot reasonably be provided, the Buyer will be offered an appropriate alternative or a refund.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  1. Cancellation policy: Additional products and services may be cancelled up to the day before arrival, unless otherwise required by local law.
  2. Refunds will be processed within five business days using the same credit card used for purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
  1. Once your stay has begun, we are unable to offer refunds for any items or services that have already been provided or made available to you.
  2. These purchases relate to accommodation‑related services provided on a specific date or during a specific period and are therefore exempt from the statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  3. Privacy and Data Protection
  1. The Seller will use the Buyer’s personal data for order processing, legal, accounting, and tax purposes, and in accordance with applicable data‑protection legislation.
  2. Data retention period: Purchase and transaction records are retained for up to 6 years to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
  3. The Seller complies with GDPR.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  2. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
